What does Microsoft 365 admin actually cover?
Day-to-day tenant admin within the seat cap: users, keeping mail flowing, stronger sign-in (multi-factor), and joining or leaving staff. It is not an unlimited help desk for every click, and it is not Microsoft’s licence bill.
What is network care in plain words?
We monitor and maintain the agreed office network (gateway, Wi-Fi, switches in scope), handle fair-use Wi-Fi changes, and respond to faults in business hours. New gear and cabling are projects.
Should I buy a package or a stand-alone line?
