That donation and payment forms keep working, and that the confirmation emails those forms send still go out. We do not run your fundraising strategy or rebuild a donor database.

Who pays the payment-gateway fees?

You do — merchant and gateway fees stay with your provider. They are never inside this care package.

Can we get priority help in campaign weeks?

Yes — donation-path issues get same-day priority in Sydney business hours, especially in agreed campaign windows. Normal content requests: 1–2 business days.
